Super excited to play the Launch Party tonight at The Cherry Bar!
We are officially on tour!
Woke up and had my last shave til November 22...
Had a cold all week but after some lemon, honey and some steaming under a towel today my throat is feeling much better.
Ricardo and i have been busy today and we locked in a few more shows.
Heading to the city for a quick chat with a booking agent and then heading to the cherry to setup.
Nervous, excited and pumped!

  • What is “80 Gigs In 80 Days?”

It is a marathon live music event by Nicolas Jorquera of Melbourne band 'I Heart Cusack'. To be held over 80 successive days at 80 different venues all over Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

Featuring 160+ bands it is being filmed for a Documentary highlighting Victoria's diverse and vibrant live music scene.

The 1st of 80 shows is set to launch Friday September 3 2010 at a venue to be announced soon... With the entire event running until November 21 2010.

Sorry for so long between posts but we are SUPER BUSY!!

Me and Ricardo are busy away booking bands and venues.

We will reveal the venue and bands for our Launch show very soon. And we will start putting up other shows soon aswell.

Hint for our first venue is....think what is the most symbolic place in Melbourne for Rock'n'Roll music?

Whoever gets it right first i will make sure you get free entry for the show!

136 Days to go till Launch!!

So much to do! We have some confirmed dates locked in.
Still alot of work to go though to fill up the 80 nights!

We will be putting up the calendar of gigs on the website soon...
Everything's running as planned and we are super excited!

In the meantime our band I Heart Cusack have some great shows coming up...
We play the Espy on Thurs 29th April
and Revolver Friday 30th April.
